Kayserburg Grand Piano

Kayserburg GH premium series grand pianos have an inner rim of solid maple with a dense outer-core to project a warm, clean, distinctive sound. Perhaps no other aspect of piano crafting is as important as the construction of the acoustic assembly (soundboard, ribs and bridges) which is truly the heart of the piano. All Kayserburg pianos have soundboards crafted entirely of tight grained high altitude European solid spruce.

The soundboard is energised through vertically laminated maple bridges with solid maple caps to ensure a purity of tone. The pianos are strung with the highest grade of solid steel musical wire from Rosslau, Germany. The pin block is constructed of select cross laminated hard-rock maple to ensure maximum tuning stability. Tuning pins are nickel plated to resist rust and insure string integrity. The hammers on the are specially designed by the world renowned Renner of Stuttgart, Germany to produce a warm, clear legato tone.

Kayserburg piano actions are of sturdy hardwood construction with superior strength, durability and stability. The Kayserburg action assembly line is one of the most modern action factories in the industry. Constructed either of traditional hard rock maple or hornbeam, all-wood action components are processed by CNC machinery, creating perfectly matched parts and ensuring sensitive performance. The easy to play action is controlled via premium spruce keys and genuine ebony sharps for a luxurious touch.
